Jerry Siegel House Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Official program. This is an official program that was given out at the ribbon cutting ceremony of the restored 'Jerry Siegel House' in Cleveland, OH that took place on July 11, 2009. It contains the schedule of events, speakers, thank you's etc. The only way to get one of these was to be present at the ribbon cutting.
