This is a display board for the Ohio Lottery 'Supercash' Scratch off tickets. You can tell by the writing who it is a take off of. And notice the '$' in the center insted of the 'S'. This is an actual display that was put into the front of the instant machines to advertise the tickets that have available. It is NOT an actual scratch off ticket, which makes it VERY rare as the stores who would sell the tickets only get one of these per every box of tickets that they sell. Back is all white and says 'not for sale'.
